Kevin Mallow brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in agriculture, land management, and natural resource stewardship to Durango Colorado and surrounding areas. Raised on a working farm, he has spent his career helping landowners, producers, and communities manage land productively and responsibly.

Kevin served for 11 years as the Colorado State University Cooperative Extension Agriculture Agent for La Plata County, where he worked directly with farmers, ranchers, and rural landowners on weed management, crop and livestock production, irrigation, and small-acreage land management. He later spent 22 years with the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, ultimately serving as Agriculture Division Head, overseeing agricultural operations, land rehabilitation, weed control programs, water and irrigation projects, and conservation efforts.

Kevin is licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture as a commercial applicator for agricultural weed control, industrial and right of way, range pest, forest pest, turf pest and outdoor vertebrate pest.

Kevin provides weed control and land management consulting services, offering practical, field-tested solutions grounded in local knowledge and decades of hands-on experience.
